- Mexico's tallest skyscraper since completion.
- The light at the top is visible from 25 kilometers away.
- The tower resists winds of 160 miles per hour.
- Latin America's tallest skyscraper since completion.
- During September the lights on the top have the colors of the Mexican flag.
- The lights on the rear top only illuminate from Monday to Friday.
- It has become one of the representative icons of the city.
- The inside air it is changed 6 times every hour in order to avoid the existence of microorganisms.
- The windows are 2.5 cm thickness.
- If there was an earthquake of 8.5 on scale of richter the building would suffer a movement equal to winds of 22 miles per hour.
- The humidity level of the inside air is approximately 45%.
- The construction counts 98 shock absorbers.
- The building has more than 7,000 light bulbs.
- There were 1,700 workers during the construction with no fatal accident.
- The elevators can transport upwards of 70,000 people per day.

- Its dual steel structures was the first used in any skyscraper in México.
- The half moon on the main entrance, which is covered by eleven pairs of columns is of the same size as the one on the top.

- The speed of the elevators reaches 6 meters per second and it takes 36 seconds arriving at floor 52 from the ground floor.
- The public observatory on the 52nd floor is the highest in the city, surpassing the one in the Torre Latinoamericana.
- It has been presented awards by the following institutions: IMEI, ADI, AISC, Civil Engineering Research Foundation, CERF and Popular Science Magazine.
- The building overlooks Chapultepec park.
- 251 piles were used in the foundation, some reaching a depth of 60 meters.
