This is a work in progress that began in 2001 but has been progressing slowly due to time constraints.
It was reactived in January 2008 and is expected to be completed in Spanish by mid-2012.
The articles that appear in English are presented to illustrate the work that is being done in Spanish;
currently, the English articles only include Mexico, Argentina, and all the countries of Central America.
